Hi Viktor,
you don't need any video training or paid help: just post in this forum and we'll help you as we can. You don't need multiple instances of the module to have multiple personal blogs, you need multiple instances on different pages only if you want to separate blog posts on different pages and have each blog on its own page. Multiple blogs can coexist in the same instance, and unlimited users can create their own blog and start posting entries on it. Readers will have a list of all the blog entries from all the bloggers, and will be able to filter them by blog, by date, perform searches, etc. (See the dotnetnuke.com blog page for an example of multiple blogs).
If you want to separate each blog into its own page instead, you need multiple instances of the module: one for each page. Then, your user need to create their own blog. Once the blogs are created, they will be shown in the Personal Blog Page dropdown list in the Module Options screen. Then the administrator can choose to assign each blog to the respective page selecting it in the Personal Blog Page dropdown list.
I hope this was clear, if not, feel free to ask me.
Best regards,
Dario Rossa
