I've just setup a site for a client.  They've told me thet they recently added an article to a blog on the site, but the but where it says "written by" shows the blog owner/creator instead of the person who added the article.

Any idea why this might be ?

Hi Matthew,

since the module Blog was written around the concept of a personal blog, there is an only author for each blog, and each user can own an only blog. When displaying entries, the module states "Written by Owner" where Owner is the username/full name of the blog's owner. As the module grows in its functionality, we understand that this is a big limit for installs where it is used for article publishing purposes, where multiple authors may work on a single blog, and vice versa. For this reason, in the next version, this limit will be removed.

Best regards,
Dario Rossa

To solve this, and if you're comfortable with it, just go into the DB open the Blog_Blogs table and change the UserID to the appropriate number of the owner you want it to show.
