No patches.  YOu have to understand, the module xml button works, but it pulls from the tabid of the 'master' forum.  In your case Stefano, there should be a problem.  It works just fine here on dnn.com.  Also, remember that private forums cannot be sydnicated.

I apologize for the disturb but i don't reach to understand what do you mean.

I a previous post you have write:
"I have corrected the RSS feeds handled within the module itself"

What does it means ??

I would like to have (simply) the capability of give rss feed of forum's post to my users.

I don't reach to understand the master-forum's concept.

I have the forum's module only on a page (54) while the home page is at tabiod 68

My forums (on page 54) have 2 forum's group and each group have 3 sub-forums where everyone can read posts but only registered users can post new thread.

Actually i use an RSS Aggregator on the left pane of the page to show the forum's message but the rss point to the wrong tabid (unless i deactivate and than reactivate the RSS checkbox so that all works for a couple of days and than all feed point to the wrong TabID)

I hope this can help you to understand my problems.

Stefano

Stefano, refer to the documentation to understand parent/child concept (master forum, same thing).  This has nothing to do with your situation though.  The sydication i speak of only provides one feed which goes across portals.  This is dependant on search.  The other concept is the xml link which gives a url.  I have no idea why you are getting a different tabid, since i haven't reproduced this myself.

I have found the relationship comcept and i have found nont very confortable. I have tried to use the standard Syndacation feature with no result. If you cannot reproduce my behaviour i can send to you my dotnetnuke database (and folder) so you can use it for testing purpose. Let me know if you need it Stefano PS: i'm use DNN 3.1.1 and Forum 3.20 do you think that an upgrade to 3.2.2 could solve the problem ??
