I am having difficulty with setting my portal date. I have set the default timezone to (UTC 00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London but the date in my skin set from the date object does not siplay the correct one it is 5 hrs behind. This also affects my logs as any time recorded is also recorded with the wrong time. Is it possible to fix this or is dotnetnuke just generically set to american time.

The skin object should take the timezone of the set profile of the logged in user.
