Hi, I have a local network, 192.168.48.104. This is where the DNN install is. If I am on another local network and enter that IP I get the message from the index.html file I am running. But if I put a /dotnetnuke on the end of the IP I get an error. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? I am running it on a server 2003 enterprise box.

Thanks!

What error are you getting when you put /dotnetnuke on the end?

What is 192.168.48.104 running? Windows XP? 2k? 2k3? IIS?

When you installed DNN did you setup your portal alias as localhost/dotnetnuke or 192.168.48.104/dotnetnuke.

If you don't have the IP in as a portal alias you will need to add it under Admin -> Site Settings, or directly to the db in the portalalias table.

Hmm, as far you told me you're running a W2k3 Server. Is the DNS Server is setup? Has your LAN DNN an entry?
