Martin, I don't know if this is related, but could you check and see if the issue is this : apparently theres an issue where users are supposed to be prompted to change your password, but the login module is being made invisible, so you never get logged in, for more see

I am not trying to promote www.fiddlertool.com/ in any way.  But I was experiencing the same problem with the Login module.  I had been trying to play around with the Skins. Taking HTML templates and adding Tokens to them and parsing and all.  Well needless to say it kept giving me errors.  I took a break for a few days and got back to it only to find out that the damn login is not working.  I was so frustrated as I couldn't get an answer from any of the blogs/forums.  Decided to do a reinstall, but before that gave Fiddler a chance since it's free.  Well long story short it somehow fixed the problem.  Dont' ask me how and why coz I dont' give a rat's a*s but it worked for me.  Thought I would share my experience.  Once it started working I switched off Fiddler coz quite frankly I have no idea what its real capabilities are and right now I am just struggling to get my head wrapped around DNN.

All the best folks
