I am getting the same error message when I am trying to install. I am running it thru my provider, but I haven't gotten a reply from their technicial department. I know that they are running ASP 2.0, but other than that I really have no clue.

Here is the error message:

Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.Common.Global'.

Same problem using standard install package to GoDaddy using virtual directory - any ideas. I obviously can't recompile as I down loaded.

I have a lot of problem with DNN. Another example?

Anyone an idea?? Suggestions would be great, ´cause I´ve the same problem with global.asax :-/

When I get it I just compile the Dotnetnuke.All solution. I have not documented what i am doing when it happens. I'll try next time.
