Have you setup your SMTP settings (via the host/admin menu)?

double check your sendto/sendfrom settings in the feedback module and confirm that they are saving when you save them...

I keep the actual feedback module but change the view permissions to only ADMIN. That way, although I do not actually get the emails, I can still log on as administrator and see the messages.

Is this working for you?  I'm using version 4.4.3 with DNN 4.9.2, and if I put any text in the value field, it gives an error of "DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Input string was not in a correct format."

If I change the value to an integer, then it works fine, except I now get a "1" or "2" in the subject line of the message.  Are you using the 5.0 beta that this works for you?
