My bottom line deals with an immediate need for Accessibility ... is there a way to give the user control of the skin ... my thought is to merely have a button/link that changes the skin to a text only version.

If that's not possible, then I suspect I will fall back on "11.4 If, after best efforts, you cannot create an accessible page, provide a link to an alternative page that uses W3C technologies, is accessible, has equivalent information (or functionality), and is updated as often as the inaccessible (original) page. " http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG/full-checklist.html

So, I have two questions that apply to the 'Accessible Portal' I'll add:

First, are there any Accesbility compliant skins that you can point me to ... I'm not talking fancy, I'm talking simple.

Second, is there a way to have pages / modules apply to both portals ... in other words, if I update one, it updates the other.
