After upgrading to 4.8.4 we also upgraded the Text/HTML module to 4.8.1. The issue that we are having with the module is when we try to insert an image. When in the Image Properties dialogue box I click on the Browse Server button. It pulls up the Image Gallery popup and it only shows... "Current Folder: /" and nothing else. There are no images listed at all. Has anyone else ran into this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To adda a little information...I logged into several of our child portals and the Text/HTML module works fine. This appears to be only happening on our Parent portal.

Did you manually upload files to the parent portal? If so, you won't see them until they have corresponding entries in the database. You can go the Admin/File Manager and sync the files, and also have it do so down the directory tree (recursive) if desired.

Do you have autosync turned on? It is worth enabling because it will keep the database in sync with ftp file uploads.

achooyeh -- Thanks for the response. I tried resyncing the files in the File Manager, but that didn't work. After some further research on the DotNetNuke Online Help site I found a piece on "Setting FCK Editor Image Folders" (link below) under Common Tools/Rich Text Editors/FCK Editor (default)/Administrators. Once I selected the Root/Image/ directory under the "Image folder (Optional)" setting and applied to the Portal, I was able to see all images when I click on "Browse Server" in the Image Properties dialogue box.

It sounds like you have changed the default preference for where the editor looks for the image folder (by default it looks in /Portals/x of the current portal).

That's OK if you also use the editor to upload all of your images. But if you use Admin/File Manager to do it, you won't have those files accessable in the editor.
