I've got a green light now on the Vote button... when I click on it it refreshed and they all went grey again - I don't know if that means I have voted or not?

Ok, it seems some people need to refresh the page since the buttons are sometimes grey.

Jon is right.

The public voting is across categories, you pick your overall favorite.
The judges already have picked the category winners.
You can vote as often as you want (change your mind) but we will only register your last vote.

I'll discuss internally if it's possible to get the module to show some visual feedback on your vote.

Hi,

It seems there might still be issues with the voting module as a fellow worker suggested that the VOTE button didn't work for him. In my tests I found out that it was enabled on Internet Explorer (8) but not on Firefox and Chrome. For him though it didn't work on any browser for some reason . Both of us were propertly logged-in.

In my computer I see that the code for firefox/chrome is:
<li id="dnn_ctr4602_ViewEntries_dlContestEntries_ctl05_liVote">
 <a class="btn-vote-disabled" disabled="disabled" id="dnn_ctr4602_ViewEntries_dlContestEntries_ctl05_cmdVote">Vote</a>
</li>

While on Explorer is:
<LI id=dnn_ctr4602_ViewEntries_dlContestEntries_ctl00_liVote>
 <A id=dnn_ctr4602_ViewEntries_dlContestEntries_ctl00_cmdVote class=btn-vote href=" __doPostBack('dnn$ctr4602$ViewEntries$dlContestEntries$ctl00$cmdVote','')" jQuery1267086615893="3">Vote</A>
</LI>

One thing that would have been nice in voting for the community winner would have been access to the skin.  I made my judgement based on the layout design, but I know the meat of the skin is still within the code and it would have been nice to judge that.  Oh well, once the skins are availablke for down load I can have that fun.  :)

A big thanks to all the people that made this happen, and all the entrants.  I'm kind of sad I couldn't enter, but I couldn't meet the licensing requirements for using third party images, I don't feel comfortable with the MIT license compared to the creative commons licensing, but that's not a reflection on the team that created this contest.  It's more a reflection on me.

Thanks again for all the work.

Jeff

Hi

I hear you I wanted to enter in eah section but the mit restriction realy was a hassle regarding images but also external items like flash object for out of the box. My design had 2 images I found respectable enough and that came from a tally license free iamge site ( not much quality )
