Can you please create a module template and email it to me? It will be located in your portals template folder.

Hi,

I've run into an issue after creating a new DNN 5.3.0 installation for a client.
The SMTP server details is correctly set up in the host settings. It sends the test e-mail and I do receive it.

I have 3 Form and List modules capturing some basic data and then sending an e-mail on submission. None of these are being received.
The submission details are being captured in the database.
There is nothing that I can detect in the admin error log.

Any idea what the problem may be?

Deon, please make sure, the SMTP account has been configured for releaying, otherwise you might not be able to send mails to addresses outside of your organisation.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
