this worked...I did some testing...i put in 2pm to 3pm and it came out right in the email but on the record list it was like 12am to 1am and when i click to edit it it was like 10pm to 11pm.

the server is like down the block from me (I have a server in a co-location)  the cust is a few more blocks down the road..so we are all in the same time zone....hmmm...but it worked...
