I noticed that in my Godaddy Hosting connection that there was a button that showed up that designated that "Critical updates Available", so i clicked it and went throught the steps and the update appeared to have worked accept it lost all of the content including the Skin package. I went back in to my Godaddy acct to undo the update, because (my neglect) I did not have any backup files for the content. Now, I have the message that can be found at http://greenbrierband.net/

I've encountered this problem before, but I do not recall how I fixed it. I check the IIS permissions and they were not effected.

 Any Ideas?

Thanks, Jeff...

If you are able to login as the admin user, I would suggest first checking the Admin-->Event Viewer for errors that were logged during the upgrade and for the Module Load Exceptions that are being shown on most pages. I would guess that those are for the Html/Text module.

Ok, I checked the event viewer and did find some errors and I also found that when I checked some of the pages that are visible to everyone, but just not in the menu and across the board so to speak, if there's a module on the page, that error shows up. There's a few pages that don't have any content yet and don't have any modules and they do not have the trouble message.

Could it be the skin package?

 Thanks, Jeff...

Please post to this forum thread the errors that are logged in the Event Viewer and which seem to be related to the issue. Do the errors appear pages that contain any module or just on those which use a particular module such as the HTML/Text module?

To rule out this being a skin problem, are you able to switch temporarily back to the default skin on one of the pages?

Also, from what and to what DotNetNuke version did you upgrade?

The previous version was 04.09.00, And the new version is 5.3

I can tell you that when I am logged in as Admin or Host, all the content is there. When I remove all content and modules from any page, the trouble message goes away. I will get the error messages from the event log and post them shortly. I also went back and checked the skin package and verified that it's compatible with the new version and found no problem there. It's actually made for DNN 5, but worked fine with the DNN4 version. I'll post the messages from the event log shortly.

Also, This is the skin that I am using for this site; DNNSkins.com

 Thanks, Jeff...
