Ok, here where I am at with the topic of the thread. (Adding multiple sites)
I did the portal, but it only made the cache, templates, and users folders and a few images. Is this correct or do I need to do a manual install to complete the DNN site? The secondary domain just shows "This page cannot be displayed".. However, I uploaded the home page from the NON DNN site and it worked fine, so I know I have the domain pointing to the right folder.

 Jeff, have you set up the Portal Alias(es)?  I referred to this blog the first time I did one and got through it okay.  You DO NOT want to do another manual install, you'll wipe out what you've got now.  Make sure that in GoDaddy, you go to the"Your Domains" button from the Hosting Control Center, and add the new domain to point to your hosting account.  Once you do that, and the Portal Alias is set up, you should be good to go.

Do I point it to the primary folder under the hosted DNN domain?
ie; greenbrierband.net is the primary domain that I am trying to add the secondary site to. The FTP folder is \greenbrierband.net, the folder that the new portal created was greenbrierband.net/portals/5/

Which folder do I point it to?

Yep, point it to your root folder (mine is allanglesdesign.com/html/) where DNN is installed, do not add the /Portals...  That's the beauty if DNN - you just point the domain name to the installation, and DNN builds the pages on the fly to match whichever domain was requested.
