Hello, yes the file was still there. I have deleted it and it's still not working. I think the problem is still IIS7. I do not understand that it can give me problems, as my previous local dnn site was fine and also working with IIS7. I also get this error: 403.14 - Directory listing denied. Do you know a site where i can find information to set everything like it has to be done. I'm using vista. Thanks

if there is message "Directory listing denied", most likely you didn't specify "Default.aspx" as default docuement in IIS Web site configuration or ASP.Net 3.5 SP1 is not enabled for the site.

Hello, it seams that I have the same problem. I juste installed DNN 5.05 and till then I cannot build the website into Visual Studio : I have the following error when building LocalSelectorControl.aspx: Error 11 Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.UI.UserControls.LocaleSelectorControl'. I could build previous version 5.04 in VS 2010 with no error... Please Help ! Thanks Vincent.

Hi
I had the same problem.  For some reason the file localselectorcontrol.vb is not included in the project.
So start VS and go to Project and chose "Show All Files"
then to Dotnetnuke.library -->
UI -->
Usercontrols
and  include the file into the project
Rebuild and OK

Hope this will help
