that's a good suggestion Sebastian, and as you noted, that's what Joe is saying as well. I am sure you logged that in gemini?

I was going to post an issue like this with concern of all popups taking so long to do anything... however if you click the X button everything takes fast.

My suggestion is to do what Sebastian said however also taking the X function that is currently being used and make that the Update/Login button function since it works a lot better to just hit the X which is very strange as this should cancel everything and close the popup not update your changes and log you in.

I want to restate the fact the X function should be used as the login, update button link function as it works great compared to what is currenlty update/login.

Maybe its that swirling loading graphic hanging up or something adding more work than is needed becuase I find it odd to hit an X button top right corner and get results you are trying to get from a slow button function from update/log in.

Which also I mentioned in another thread how things are not lining up right like the login, forgot password buttons practicly on top of eachother. I hit enter to log in and it works ok generally that way but update or log in buttons are very slow if they work.

I actually decided to try FIreFox no DNN to see if maybe I am seeing these issues in the release because it was not cross platform tested to work with IE9. Login with retrieve password actually looked normal however hitting the X was the fastest option to getting things done( log in ) however something with my custom skin and the icon admin bar that puts the admin bar on the bottom and I cannot click on options or veiw them as they are behind the menu and content pains.  In IE9 things look normal for editing when in compatibility mode however when not in that mode looks a lot like this firefox 5 does...  I hear IE 8 works the best.
