I have installed the "Install" release of DNN, I already ran the wizard and finished usccesfull, even runs within the "MS Web Developer 2005 express edition", nevertheless, when I try to run it from the IE, I receive an error in line 1 of the defaul.aspx file.

<%@ Page Language="vb" AutoEventWireup="false" Explicit="True" Inherits="DotNetNuke.Framework.DefaultPage" CodeFile="Default.aspx.vb" %>

Hi, this Forum helps me a lot.

But just for sure: I want to update DNN 3.2.0. to 3.3.7

Am I right when I download the DotNetNuke 3.3.7 Upgrade and changing the files by:

<BEGIN QUOTE>
rename your existing web.config to web.config.backup. Rename the release.config to web.config. Then manually copy the following settings from the old web.config.backup to the new web.config file:

    <add key="SiteSqlServer" value="{connection string}"/>
    <add key="MachineValidationKey" value="{your localized key}" />
    <add key="MachineDecryptionKey" value="{your localized key}" />

<END QUOTE>

And at least copy all files (of the DNN 3.3.7 Upgrade, including changed files) to the same webfolder were DNN 3.2.0. is?

Thanks in advance for your replies.
