 Hi,

you got the wrong thread here, but what you have to do is allowing forum posts to "All Users".

Best wishes

Hi, back from holyday,

Hi, yes it's already possible to share a module on multiple languages.
But not in the way you do it normally :(

With dnn content localization (cl), you allways have to first create the content (the module) in the default language. Then click ready for transtation to copy the content to the other languages. Then if you want to share the content between the default language and a other language, you have to un-detach the module.

Now the technical view : each module is represented in the db in 2 tables : "tabmodules" ( module settings) and "modules" (content). When you copy an existing module, you create a new <tabmodule> referencing a existing <module>. When you un-detach a module, you make the other languague <tabmodule> referencing the default Language <module>.

In summary, you can share module content between languages on modules of the same page. Or indirectly from other pages if you first copy an existing module on the default language page.

Is this wath you are searching for ?
