Hi All,

My site is using the latest DNN 6.2.2. Before this we are using 6.1.2. Our problem is, any user try to login to our website, the page will not refresh. I also notice that most of settings & config also will not save or update as i highly suspect this involve with any operation executed by Jquery string, it will not work at all. Some are working, it will save, but alas the page will not refresh as i have to manually press the x to close the setting popup or etc.

We upgraded to 6.2.2 hoping to resolve this issue, however the issue still persists. We have checked in the Event Viewer, and unable to find any problem or errors. I have tried ticked "use Hosted Jquery" option, and this will bring my site down with the error" DNN have encountered a critical error", and I had restore back our database & application backup.

Additional note, there is no issue when browsing through localhost at our server. All runs perfectly there.

I hope anyone expert or have encountered this issue can help us as we have been investigating the issue for quite sometime and unable to find a resolution.

I apologize for my previous post as it does not shows the image. (maybe due to hot linking).
You may refer link below:

On another note, i also notice my site is running at https:, however within the setting of DNN, we do not enforce or enable any SSL settings. Does this could be one of the reason?

After much searching over this forum, it seems that the compression setting is not visible in DNN 6.2.2. Is there a way for me to disable it via web.config or etc? And how would i know if the site is using compression or not?

As for IIS compression, yes it is enabled for application & static.
