Yes, as I stated in my first message, I have done all of that. All the settings for the site are Eastern time, but still show at Mountain time.

What about the users time zone in their profile?  Also what is the server time in the dashboard?

Ok i see you said that.  As far as i know, the logs are always shown in server time. The offsets are usually used for forum posts, blog posts, etc.  is that also show without the correct ioffset?

Correct, The logs are less of an issue and I can deal with the server time there. It is display of modules. I have a  setting of a module (for example an input form) set to display on a Monday and not display on a Wednesday. I want it to display at midnight eastern time. It displays at midnight mountain time, which is the server time zone.

What forms module is it? Maybe they aren't using the correct api for the new scheme? Maybe there is a module update or a bug report should be filed? Have you tried with a core module, like the blog?

I did report it to the developer of the module. I won't name them as they are a high profile company. They said it is not their module since the settings I am using are part of the core module, not their code. I am using the setting that is changed in Manage>Admin>Module Settings>Advanced Settings>start date/end date.

I am wondering if this is a DNN issue when their are no parent or child sites, just one site with all the same settings.

I will try this with a regular HTML module this evening to see when it turns over/displays.

Thanks
