Hi Matthias,

There's no selection for me to unblock, it's just as normal file in the advanced setting. (Sorry, I can't upload screencapture here). I used 7z to unzip the file. And I also upgraded internet portal on server and both internet and intranet portal on my local pc for testing.

It looks as an permission issue.  The iUser or IUsers user must have read permissions on your local root Folder of your DNN instance and be sure you inherit it to all subfolders and files!  The application Pool user must have full permissions from the root Folder and must also inherit to all subfolders and files.

Be sure you are using .NET 4.0, Be sure you have set execute permissions for scripts and executables on the IIS Hanlsers of your site.

I have solved this issue.

IIS 7.5

in features view, choose authentication, and disable anonymous access, enable windows authentication.

Thanks.

But the server side issues persists, today is Sat, take a good break. Back to struggle on Monday.

Have a nice weekend!

Looks to a permission issue on your DNN Folders and files.  Basicly the IIS should only Need Annonymous Access.  And the application pool must be on .NET 4.x on 64-bit Mode only.  The HTTP Headers on IIS must have execute permissions for scripts and executables.

On your file System you must set read permission to the IUser or IUsers.  The application pool user must have Change, execute and write permissions.  Both Settings must be inherit to all subfolders and files.
