I think it's extremely unlikely that the code stops loading the js files. More likely is that IE11 does something different that breaks the loading.

Your version of DNN is too old to be aware of IE11.

testing to resolve issue as to why js files are not present is helped by answers to two questions at the beginning of this thread.

questions are still unanswered.

the dnntree is a control from the old webcontrols library (https://dnnwebcontrols.codeplex.com/S...) - that library is still included for legacy purposes but has been replaced in almost all cases -in the case of treeviews, they were replaced by the dnntreeview server control (which uses telerik) in the 5.2.0 release (except for the DNNTreeNavigationProvider control - which is an ancient navigation control used in a few dnn 3/4 skins). Having a quick look at the webcontrols code shows a number of places where the MSIE version is extracted in a single character - I suspect this means MSIE11 is evaluated as MSIE1 in a number of cases - which then leads to the javascript not being loaded as MSIE 1 did not understand javascript. In theory updating these to read 2 character values would fix this - however this is a legacy library untouched since Oct 2011 so not something we're likely to fix now I'm afraid.

Thank you very much for your response but it is the tree view that is found in core js, not nav tree view.

Where is the code that adds these scripts?
