DNN version 07.02.01 (367)   .NET 4.0  IIS APPPOOL\.NET v4.5  W2012 with SQL2012 standard

i think it is a problem with the skin darknight .. is it possible to delete and reinstall, i have 2 sites with this skin

it seems that if I wait ~120 seconds the icons appear is it

the page does not appear to load quickly because I have the little icon that rotates (in google chrome)

I need to open a service and a special port on our FireWall ?

no, you don't need to open any firewall/port - I don't know why your page is loading so slow, what OS/CPU/Ram do you have? As to the final issue that's a problem indexing the users - does you site have a large number of users?
