Armin,
I would try the upgrade on a cloned site ( files and database ), to prevent your production site from being affected.
If you applied DNNTurbo.sql scripts before, you should run latest DNNUnschema.sql and DNNTurbo.sql, there has been a modification for a stored procedure, which were affecting the upgrade (I tried to fix a bug in the core version).
I suggest browsing /install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade for triggering the upgrade, this will provide you with immediate feedback.

Dear Sebastian

I never use that TurboDNN for this Portal. I just use it for http://shaghayegh2.com only. This is Single Language Portal but before upgrade I use Uninstall Schema and then I upgrade but Again I had Error on 68% for this site also... but until now there is no problem, because this website (Shaghayegh2.com) is very busy site and every day is upgrading for adding Product on Online store...
but for mahidesign.ir I never do it and it was very clear website without any error and after upgrading to 7.3.1 every thing had problem....

Thanks for your help, I'm waiting for result for upgrade, because there are 2 other website same this. they are setluxury.com and ...

Unfortunately in Release 7.3.4 also like other old releases the Second Language not working after upgrade DNN 7.2.2 (default language is Farsi and second is English) to 7.3.4....

Upgrade has been complete correctly but after upgrade I never could switch to another language. please follow this Post:
