Great news! Really happy that Scott understands the need of this module and is willing to rewrite it the way we like to see the module(s).
Hopefully he will leave the subscription model as it is.

Does anyone know when the first demo/beta version will be released?

Anyone know any more about this? It looks like the whole Ventrian support system is currently offline.
Scott posted in beginning of July that he would have a demo ready by the end of the month, but I can't see any traces of this.

The Ventrian Property Agent is the most versatile module am using, and I would be happy to pay a per-site license (as long as it's reasonable) if that what it takes to give Scott the resources to continue development on this.

I hate to be, but I'm very skeptical.
With the way Scott handled his complete absence the last couple of years, I'll have to see results before I ever buy back in.
Personally, I like Scott he's a great guy. As a developer, his software has been great over the years. And, I like his new stated intentions, but his customer service in the last few years of ignoring paying customers has been inexcusably piss poor. I really hope he can turn it around and be successful with Ventrian again, but seeing is believing.

I also hoped to get a demo/ beta version this month but Scott doesn't provide us with a roadmap or status update.
Anyone managed to contact Scott about the progress of the new module. Not this month is also an answer.

A beta would be great so we can help him test the module.
