I've gotten the Custom Registration to work on 3 separate sites- however - it does not send the message to verify the account to the registrating user. If I can get this to work - i would be much happier with the module. Followed the Wiki - and made sure there is a good SMTP from site. Still does not send. 

Assistance greatly appreciated. (Cathay -Sorry about the misplaced post).

can you please check admin->event viewer to see if an exception is logged, sometimes the issue is the SMTP server settings
