The user manager is now no longer able to retrieve users by region or country since the change was made to use List table EntryID instead of Text in the profile value.

In the past, I was able to type in Texas, select Region and get a list of users in Texas....this is no longer working.

Has this already been reported/resolved and I just can't find it?

there has sth been reported, but AFAIR it was for membership module. You should check http://support.dnnsoftware.com to ensure, it is logged in the issue tracker.

There were some changes to the way that Regions are stored which might have broken this behavior.  However the changes in 7.4.0 should have fixed this issue.    We also made some changes in 7.4.1 to fix some edge cases we missed in 7.4.0. I have tested this out on DNNSoftware.com (Running DNN Platform 7.4.0) and this behavior is working correctly. What version of DNN are you running?

I am running 7.4.1 and the search by region is not functioning...

Search by Country is not working.

I would assume this has not been fixed based on this.

I am not aware of a Jira issue, dealing with this issue
