The Github repositories for these modules are owned by 'DNN Community'. It's not clear who's in it as there are no public people.
Ernst Peter Tamminga might be able to shed some light on this. He seems to be doing the most recent pull requests.

"DNN Community" indicates that DNN Corp. doesn't want to be responsible for the code anymore.
EPT is one of the MVPs and member of the DNN steering committee.
He volunteered to take over responsibility for the abandoned extension packages.

Yes but there has to be at least someone behind "DNN Community" who has commit privileges. It's not evident who's behind it. The name is self explanatory. Looking for names... not just DNN Community.
