we checked almost everything with another website, we need to figure the cause before we continue, everything was going so well. 

Can SLL do this, by running with SSL and then removing the SSL? we did notice that some of the images are addressed with https. The user profile images don't work either.  

Hopefully someone will see this and come up with  ideas.

we do have 3 defined groups which did work fine not long ago. Now we can open the group activities but it cannot find the group members.

I am providing as much information I encounter in the hopes someone will find something in common causing the problem.
