Jan, please notice, that performing tests is as un-sportive as creating backups ;)

Sebastian is too nice...  I must be nice now!

There are more than one issue..   I guess for some of them we have to see how other upgrades go (although I would be very hesitant).  At the same time, I'd like to see all upgrade issues fixed at once.   Of course, need others to report the same issues.

Good luck..    and yes to Jan..   if that really happened (code being changed, or files moved) without testing..  ouch.

Jody,

there is an error in the upgrade code, referencing a file, which has moved last minute before packaging.

please log the broken images issue in the public issue tracker at support.dotnetnuke.com

please allow Active Modules some time to test their modules with the new version and release a fixed version.

I suggest to upgrade not beyond 4.9.1 at the moment.

Actually have my production server running 5.0 smoothly now (less the image issue on the Admin and Host Side - which occurs only on the production server and not my dev machine which may be the Site versus Virtual as the database shows the same entries so it it more of the core code for it than anything I think)...

Rave to Active Forums:  They posted an update within the hour of my posting the issue on their support site - to allow it to work on DNN 5.0 so . I am pleased with how quickly it all fell into place (less the frustration of figuring out what was working and not).

Had it not been the fact that I didn't want to code my modules in 4.x and be a revolution behind - I probably would of waited on 5.0.1 first.  None the less - so far so good now.
