If I look in gemini now issue 9110 is withdrawn (duplicate) refering to 9292 and that issue is Checked in in release 5.0.1.

If that is correct  the problem in this tread was not a bug. Sounds like a bug to me.

Regarding App_Browser all packages includes App_Browser including 4.9.2

Not sure how those issue numbers are related here, but the App browser issue is logged under DNN-9445 and is unresolved.

Alex, FYI, 9292 and 9110 are bugs related to a separate issue higher in this thread. The upgrade asp.net framework button had a bug in 5.0.0, which shows up with a nasty error on upgrade.

Also, we either need to log a new bug, or reopen 9292 and add a bit about the fix required to get the DNN install functioning again.
