Cathal

I changed the mark up and discovered technical errors in the version still online.  How soon do you think the revisions can be approved?

@Joe, the recognition program shouldn't be a separate deal that is manually compiled by someone at DNN corp. It should be an application (likely tied to the User's profile) that is integrated with and driven from the participative pieces of the site (the forums, the blog, sponsorship, the wiki, and the future Q&A solution). Generally people post about things they have expertise in. Other people read those posts and want access to that particular expertise, so they look to see who wrote it. Currently, the wiki just shows a username with no link. There's currently no way for someone to find out more information about the person who wrote the wiki entry. Instead, they should be a fairly prominent link to the profile of the entries contributors. This would encourage people to participate in the wiki and create a nice DNN profile that links people to their company info. Beyond that, additional reputation pieces would be nice such as other entries the person has written, whether they're "trusted" or have other roles/badges, ... And again I picture StackOverflow as the model for how it should work. I like helping people out. But as an extremely busy person who has a business to run, I also want to participate in avenues (and there are plenty of options) that offer me the maximum benefit. By posting to the wiki, I want people to be able to learn more about DNN. But, I'd also like them to be able to learn more about me and my company in case they ever want to pay my company lots of money. If you need someone to design and write the uber integrated solution to maximize participation in DotNetNuke.com, I know a company or two that might be able to help :-)

Lance, I've moved your post from wiki to released status. Note: the preview tab will give you a quick preview, but it's slightly quirky depending on the browser you use.

As for categories, they were created in advance and we'll be adding as the wiki moderators agree on the need (otherwise we'll have a ton of duplicates "skin","skins","skinning" etc.) . If you feel anything needs to be added let me know.

David, the recognition program is not limited to wiki. However it's still being finalised and so I can't really discuss much more about it - when it's closer to release I'm sure that team will let everyone know.

Ouch!  You're telling me - it completely bunged my markup.

I've fixed it up and submitted again (crossing fingers)
