If you are having this problem, try this HotFix, and then please post back your results

I am also having this issue on an Arvixe installed site. Unable to edit modules when attempting to upload icons or graphics.

I was having the same issue. After finally getting my dev environment reproduced and got the following Exception:

HttpAntiForgeryException: The anti-forgery token could not be decrypted.

So, I cleared my cookies for the site and all started working. It worked for all my environments.

I can confirm that the IIS HotFix worked for me.

I did two fresh loads and had the same problem both times on Win 2008R2.  I then applied the hotfix and rebooted and did another fresh load and it worked fine.  The only thing different was the HotFix.

It might have worked without the 3rd fresh load (didn't test that) but I figured a fresh load only takes about 3 minutes anyway.

OK, I have asked PowerDNN to check this out, and I will keep you informed. I am hosted @ PowerDNN (quite happy since many years - very reactive, good support, helps obtained during migration, ...).
