in iis the DotnetNuke_Cambrian IIS Virtual directory exists

the physical folder has full/control for ASPNET and NETWORK Service...

I modified web.config

i added my connection strings...

    <add key="UseInstallWizard" value="false" />

then when I'm in the source solution in vs2008, clean solution, f5:

I get this:

it seems to be pretty sure to me, that the virtual user ("Network Service" by default) does not have sufiicient file system permission to create files inside the /desktopmodules folder. Please make sure, this user has full permission on the DNN isntallation directory and all sub folders!
