I have a site that is hosted by another provider on using DNN, SQL 2008 that I didn't originally setup.  I need to move the site to a different provider and have the option to use sql 2008 express.  I am fairly new to DNN and might need some detailed expanations.

What steps do I need to take in order to move the site from one provider to another.   I have the web data folder as well as a sql backup file of my sql data.  I already have sql 2008 express loaded on the windows 2008 server.  Thanks for any help in advance!
