Now I just need to try to fix the broken CSS and HTML validation. :(

I was able to fix the CSS issues on most of my pages. However, the HTML validation is a problem. It's caused by these strange "a" tags that are now in several places: It appears there's one of those for every module. My skin isn't doing it. Those tags were not there before the upgrade. What is their purpose?

Where do I find that file?

I wish I could return the favor by solving your "a" problem. Hopefully someone else has an idea of what it could be.

Actually after the upgrade from 5.5.0 to 5.5.1 I notice a little ); on the bottom of my website pages.
Maybe the issue with my install is from the previous upgrade.
