I have recently attempted to install DNN on a hosting solution using the Microsoft Web App Gallery and have created the database etc and followed the Aut Install option. the install completed successfully but a couple of components failed:

00:00:47.814 -   Updating Config Files: 05.02.00 Error!
00:00:47.814 -   Updating Config Files: 05.02.01 Error!
00:00:47.814 -   Updating Config Files: 05.03.00 Error!
00:01:00.543 -   Installing Package File Telerik_05.06.00_Install:  Error!
00:01:03.242 -   Installing Package File CoreSitemapProvider_5.6.0.0_Install:  Error!
00:01:06.612 -   Installing Package File TelerikEditorProvider_05.06.00_Install:  Error!

Now when I proceed through to the site I am unable to log in etc as I received the following errors

Unfortunately I have absolutly no Idea what to do next to rectify this. Is anyone able to offer any advice?

Ben, At this point you would probably be better off removing the installation and trying it again.

If those packages failed to install you likely have other things missing and even if you get those installed there will be other problems.

Cheers Chris, I have however attempted this 3 or 4 times and had the same problem all times?

Unfortunately than I would suggest you probably need to try a manual install rather than using the app installer. What kind of access do you have to the server?

I have a full resale solution with a full admin login via dotnetpanel and ftp but to be fair, the support from the hosting comapny is great. so I guess I will try the manual install route and see how I go.

Cheers for the advice, its a shame really as I only wanted to try it out to see if it was for me.
