I still am getting this error after following the advice from the posts above. Any other ideas?

Alright, since we figured out it is the module, not the PAGE, we need to start to figure out why the module fails. Could of questions.

1) Was this a fresh install?
1.a) if so, did you "unblock" the ZIP file before installing?

2) you might try the following (backup files/db first)
take the 6.2.4 UPGRADE package
unblock it before you extract.
Copy the extracted files over your site.
Go to your URL http://MYURL/install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade (if nothing happens use http://MYWEBSITE/install/install.aspx?mode=installresources

See what happens there

1) The fresh install was of 5.6 way back in July 2011, ever since it has been upgrades.
1.a) It's possible the ZIP wasn't unblocked, I wasn't responsible for the initial installation. All upgrades I've unblocked the ZIP file as I've found that could cause issues

2) We just ran the 6.2.4 upgrade on this instance with an unblocked ZIP file as of last week and it didn't resolve the issue. Would it be better to just try ?mode=installresources first? (I'm guessing it reinstalls core DNN files)

As for Q1, I see you answered that via twitter, wasn't a new install, was upgraded

It won't hurt to do the upgrade again using the installresources option, so I would start there
