I just encountered a similar problem; in trying to copy the DB, I received an error on mis-matching Stored procedure/column names that caused the copy to fail.  Can anyone help with this?

The errors are due to the fact that the stored procedures created by DNN do not have [] around keywords that are used as identifiers.

You have a few options.....

1.  You can look at modifying the stored procedures (NOTE: this might or might not break DNN I do not believe that it will, but I have not tested it)

2.  You can use a backup/restore process to move the database this will get around the issue

3.  If you are not using the modules that use the offending tables and procedures you could just remove them (NOT RECOMMENDED but can be done)
