Hi

If we create a button using CorelDraw and export it as a JPEG image and import the image into dotnetnuke, can the button (image) be made interactive.

What I mean by interactive is that if you move the cursor onto/over the button/image, it changes colour.

Sure, anything you do in HTML can be done with DNN.

I'm no CSS expert (in fact, I hate it ;) - but instead of an image you should consider using straight text and CSS for buttons.

Advantages:

  1. Quicker loading than an image
  2. More flexible (can change text by editing HTML)
  3. Easily localised
  4. Better for SEO
  5. More portable for your mobile site

and the list goes on...

Check out the buttons on PokerDIY (e.g the poker league page (logged in) or the main league page  (logged out)). There are 3 button states - positive, neutral and negative - whenever you see a form on PokerDIY it uses it for the confirm and cancel actions  - if you like them I can show you the CSS I use for them...
