I have the pro version of the DNN. I can get the app to run, but not in debug mode. When I load the solution file, the Web project doesn't create teh virtual directory in IIS like it's supposed to and the custom module projects can't load because it complains that it can't find IIS. Anyone know of a solution to this issue?

Also, on a seperate topic, why is the main web project a Web Site project type instead of a Web Application project type?

Thanks

If you follow the guide that Michael Washington has at http://dotnetnuke.adefwebserver.com you should be able to get the application setup and running.

The project type is due to the fact that localization features of DNN do not work with a compiled module structure, therefore it is a WSP project.
