Hello,

The form I am using on my website is not sending to any email address. Is this something I would contact DNN about or the maker of the form?

If the form is custom made or from one of the third party form module it is best to contact the vendor for support.

Verify the Smtp Configuration from Host>Hostsettings>Smtp settings .

The Smtp box was empty so I entered the smtp server address (smtpout.secureserver.net) but I received this message when I did the email test: There has been an error trying to send the test email. The error is:
The message was not delivered to the following address(es) -

When it says SMPT server and port, smtpout.secureserver.net is what it is asking me to enter in, correct?

1. Does your SMTP server require authentication? Like a username/password? Then you need to click on the "Basic" radio button below the SMTP server text box. Enter in the correct username/password.

Make sure the "Host Email Address" is correct

If you are using secure email (https) then you also need to tick the the box to the right of SMTP Enable SSL:

Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update.

You MUST click Update first or the password is not saved.....

2. Return to the SMTP area and click "Test". You should see a success message at this point.
