Hello,
I have a website which is accessible on the intranet using Local IP address but we cannot access it remotely from any other location out of the intranet even we add the domain alias to it. We try to delete the local IP address so it can be accessible through Public IP address but there is no option to delete the Local IP address as there is no Edit or Delete icon next to the Local IP.

Any other way we can use to replace the Local IP to the Public IP.

Thanks for any help.

you cannot remove the IP you are currently using (except in the database). you need a domain name, routed in the name server to your web server and in the web server assigned to the DNN web site (if there are multiple sites installed use host header values).

Thanks for the reply.

We already bought the domain and its pointing to our website and the alias is add to the website portal section. And there are no multiple websites. I will forward your comments to our host and will see the results.

Thanks
