Hello!

I was wondering if any of you knew where to put the favicon.ico file in order to work for IE and Mozila.  I have tryied uploading it in my root folder but it is not displayed in any of those two browsers.

Thank you in advance!

It should be in the root of your website. Sometimes browsers don't always handle the files properly though, from my experience.

It needs to be in the specific portal's upload folder.  Each portal can have it's own FavIcon.

You may also need to clear cache by restarting the web app to get it to show.
