I'm with NukeAlexS, I was with them until about 16 months ago, and used them for about 2 years. like all stories, it started off as a great relationship but it went downhill fast. I was on a shared server (SLOW, 48 other sites on the same box), moved to a semi-dedicated which was to only host 4 other clients (7 when I jumped ship). Service for the most part was....terrible. Response time was good, but the techs where not the best.

I would avoid them.

Well I haven't had nearly as much of issues.  I have had decent luck with their techs since when I send in requests I TELL them what to do....I got them to move my apps to a dedicated application pool which has actually netted me pretty decent service over the time with them, but they are becoming more and more unstable.  I hate the 60 day password expiration on SQL Server as well as it brings down my sites every time...

My biggest issue is that I cannot reliably use my domain e-mail address as I cannot be assured that my e-mail will be received.....

We use DiscountASP.Net and Gate.com, we have had exceptional support from both. DiscountASP being the most ASP/Microsoft adept for certain.

Check out CrystalTech.  I was with them a decade ago, but left from some silly reason like they didn't support FrontPage or something like that (yes, I was silly then).

I've recently returned to them and found their service decent, but the DNN support is really good, as they have a staff member as a DNN volunteer.

Mitchel,

From the bottom of my heart... stay away from WH4L. I posted some live usage graphs over on ventrian.com taken during my time with them. No, they did not achieve anywhere close to 99.9% uptime.  I know that some people say they've had no problems, but it's just luck. They can't provide consistent service, and have resource management problems on both the web servers and database servers.
