I got the same error as glenwin today.

I did a fresh installation (version 04.05.03) yesterday and added about 10 pages with content. After I changed the name of a page today a got the following error:

DotNetNuke Error: - Version 04.05.03
Index was outside the bounds of the array

After this happened all of the menues are gone. I'm able to login but i don't get any chance to see a menu not even the admin or host menu. I found in the EventLog-Tab the same error description that glenwin already posted.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same error with me, only my install lasted awhile until I tried to load a new skin, then same thing : "Index was outside the bounds of the array" and no admin/host menu.

I can share your frustration !

I managed to restored the site from back up. There were lots of errors in the Event Log relating to the core DNN Event module and so I now have to deleting/ uninstalled the Event module completly. Site run ok after that, but there still lots of other unexplained errors in the Event Viewer  ... and  I think it slow down my site performance.  I had a dnn expert  guy help looking at my database and could not find and thing wrong with it !

Today I just try to install the latest core Event module again and the same old issue - Index was outside the bounds of the array-Site Crashed !!

So for now all we could hope for is a cure in the next DNN4.5.4 release
