When I try to edit or add module content, edit module or page settings or edit Admin or Host settings the edit pages all come up blank except for the skin.  There's no sign of the editing options or tools, just a completely blank area between head and foot of the skin.  I can login to any of my user IDs, work the dropdown menus, add pages and module and view any of the allowed pages (except Admin and Host setting pages), but I go to a blank edit page whenever I try to edit, add content or change Settings.

Ours is a neighborhood website so we have several people with various privilege levels, but only a couple of us actually doing the build so far. I'm the most experienced at working with modules, skins and all the aspects of building a site, but I'm not very technical and I've never seen anything like this before.

This is a critical problem since I effectively can't make any changes to the website.  Has anyone else seen this problem, or more importantly does anyone have a fix or solution?  I'll be desperate pretty quickly with this limitation.

And this issue appeared "overnight" or did you make any significant changes to your DNN install lately such as an upgrade or skin or module install? Also, this happens in IE and FF?

It happened overnight...no significant changes made to the site (no new modules, skins, upgrades)...happens using FireFox and/or Internet Explorer .  Running DNN 4.5.1.  Pages are set to Edit (not View) mode and not in Design mode (whatever that is).  Help and/or advice greatly appreciated.

It appears to have fixed itself, maybe it was an extended hiccup on the GoDaddy host. I had just backed up the site and tried the exact same operation that failed before and it worked this time.  Very disconcerting but also a relief (for now).  Any suggestions as to what would cause this or how to prevent it in the future will be greatly appreciated.

Very strange ... anything in the Log Viewer? At this point all I can say is report back here if it happens again.
