I would like your feedback on the current version of SigmaPro and the direction of SigmaPro 7.0.  But before I do that I would like to address a few issues.  There have been a few posts in this forum where people have stated that they have not been very happy with the support from OnyakTech.  There are several options available for those who seek support on OnyakTech modules.  You can email Support@OnyakTech.com, post a request to the Support page on at www.OnyakTech.com or call 1-800-935-5407.  When you call us, you will be greeted by our support team of well trained agents knowledgeable in the installation and usage of all of the OnyakTech products, as well as general DotNetNuke troubleshooting.  This is a dedicated, 24 hour support, every day of the year sales and support service provided to all OnyakTech customers.

It is also a known fact that SigmaPro is a complex module with a lot of features.  We have added the “Quick Start” screen to the current version to help you get going quickly, on screen help in the DNN labels, added a FAQ and more detailed information to the 42 page user manual, provided details in the forums at OnyakTech.com and information via support.  To take this even farther with the release of 7.0, we are adding wizards and more on screen help (that can be disabled at anytime) to make it very easy to use.

SigmaPro 7.0 (www.SigmaProDraconis.com) is the largest production to date from OnyakTech.  We have listened to your feedback posted to OnyakTech.com, met with SigmaPro users from all over the world and have assembled a team with a vested interest in the success of this new release.

The goal of this new team was assembled to make sure the next version of SigmaPro exceeds your expectations and the needs for management of projects, support desks and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).  These individuals were hand selected for their current needs and current use of key areas in SigmaPro today.  Key areas include contact management, Microsoft Office integration, mobile device interfaces, SigmaLive & H2O integration, ease of use, automated processing via emails, time tracking, information sharing, team management and invoicing.  The team was also selected due to their role in their organizations and how they interact with SigmaPro.  These roles include CEO’s, IT Directors, Developers, Help Desk technicians, Six Sigma & ITIL Project Managers, consultants and entrepreneurs.

You do not need to be in the team to send us feedback or request new features.  Please post your feedback here or on www.OnyakTech.com.  Please contact me if you would like to join this team.

Well I will say this, over a week ago I sent a message on your website asking for information on H2O and how PayPal was intergrated into it and today I still never got an answer!

Ray,

With the email address in your profile on OnyakTech.com, I searched support and all email accounts with OnyakTech.com.  The only email I found was on 6.19.2007 at 2:28 AM Est that was posted using SigmaLive on OnyakTech when we were not online.  A reply was sent to this on 10:48 AM Est.  In your email you asked if you could sell H2O to your clients, the reply was that H2O Forms may be sold but the module must be purchased from OnyakTech.  H2O can also be purchased through an authorized reseller (SnowCovered, DNN Marketplace).

Did you use a different email address?

To answer your question, you can setup the PayPal settings through the H2O module settings.   If PayPal is enabled, the user will be redirected to PayPal for payment once the form is submitted.   You may also have H2O assign the user to a DotNetNuke Role once payment is confirmed.  If you would like to view a history of all communications between H2O and PayPal, download the OnyakTech PayPal Transactions Monitor and install as a module onto your site.  Add it to a page and then you will be able to see all PayPal transactions and their current status that occurred through OnyakTech modules.

Hi,

No I used the same email I always use this was submitted through your Support email form. Maybe there was a problem that night.

Will NukeAlert accept Firstname Lastname and email address? I would need that for news subscriptions.

Thank you

Ray

Can you explain more? Do you want to use that information in your SQL Statements when specifying the dynamic content? Are you asking to collect that information when un-registered users opt-in for a campaign?  Or do you want to display that information in the email?

It's great that you asked about NukeAlert.  v2.0 is about to be released.
