Hello... im new using DotNetNuke and I have a lil question. By the way if my english is bad im very sorry... im a latin :9...
I need to do a form in which the logged users can send to an administrator an email with a request (general subject). Another option would be store that information into the database that request and give the admnistrator the option to check out all those requests. Just to let you know, the email option is primary, the information stored in the database is just an option....

People.. what module do you recommend to do this job?
Thanks for any reply....

For email only, you can use the free DNN module "Feedback" for this purpose.

To step up a notch and be able to do the same (send the email) as well as store the data in database (download content to csv or Excel) ... and be able to make html forms to meet this and various other needs more flexibly, a highly recommended mid-level third-party form module is "Form Master" see it here

It sounds almost like you might be wanting some sort of ticketed system.

Do you want the request to be recorded and possibly be able to send messages, with emailed notifications, back and forth until the request is completed? If so, then look around (Snowcovered, com or elsewhere) modules that do "help desk" or "support desk" or "support ticket" or "ticketed support". There are a few that are for this purpose, but they differ widely in price and features.

Regards,
Rob

you are right... i need to send an email to the administrator to let him know that a new request was sent, and at the same time store the information introduced by the user...
Im takin' a look to both replies :)
